Memorandum That Robert Capon of Leighton Buzzard in the County of Bedford Batchelor beinge Sick and weake at Newport Pagnell in the County of Buck[ingham] where hee dyed did uppon or aboute the Eleaventh day of december one thousand six hundred fifty and two beinge in Sound minde and perfect memory and with an intent to make his will and Settle his Estate did make and declare his Last will and Testament nuncupative in these or the like words in effect (Vizt.) I give devise and bequeath unto my Loveinge uncle John Capon of Leighton Buzzard husbandman All my Three howses or Tenements of freehold Scituate and beinge in Sapwell lane in the Towne of Saint Albons in the County of Hartford And these words or the very like in effect hee uttered and declared in the presence and heareinge of Thomas Sherman Elizabeth Sherman and Alice Coventon: The marke of Thomas Sherman Elizabeth Sherman her marke Alice Coventon her marke.
