History: This property adjoining the Wheatsheaf, was in the early 18th Century known as The Windmill, in 1767 it was changed to The Leathern Bottle, then in the mid 19th Century it became the Buffalo. The Pub ceased trading during the 1st World War, and in recent years has been an Antique Shop.
